Part 1: Road Trip and Austin
The first part of our trip was spent in Austin. We drove from Denton and arrived in Austin around mid afternoon on Jared's Birthday. We rented a canoe and went out on town lake. It was so nice and we got to see wildlife and the city from our canoe. Afterwards, we headed to Whole Foods and ate dinner on the roof and Jared got a piece of carrot cake for dessert, and then drove into Fredricksberg that night. It was a great road trip and we enjoyed Austin and returned there for the last part of our journey.
