"Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are like the great deep; man and beast you save, O Lord. How precious is your steadfast love, O God!" (Psalm 36: 5-7)
This trip overflowed with the beauty of God's creation. There were times of awe and moments of sheer joy in the glory and power of God. The mountains testify his power, the streams his peace, the waterfalls overflowed with his glory, and the empty terrain spanned his unending love. To say Colorado is beautiful is an understatement. However no matter where we are we can experience the love and peace of God and that is so beautiful. The last part of our journey entailed whitewater rafting, campfire and smores, an off road trek up a mountain, and great fun with friends.
